1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbaee ("hbaee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://hbaee.io ("the Platform"). Where hbaee identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual may be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited, at hbaee's sole discretion.

3. Account Management

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the following conditions have been satisfied: (a) your account KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) the withdrawal amount does not include any bonus funds subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement; and (c) there are no outstanding investigations or holds on your account.

11. Limitation of Liability
